A stroll will be taken along this beautiful stretch of the River Barrow. Knowledgeable members of Birdwatch Ireland’s Carlow Branch will lead the walk to point out the flora and fauna seen on the way.

This is a walk for anyone with an interest in nature and is suitable for all ages. A stroll will be taken along this beautiful stretch of the River Barrow. Knowledgable members of Birdwatch Ireland’s Carlow Branch will point out the many trees, wild flowers, birds, butterflies and other insects that will hopefully be seen on the way. Gather at the car park on the Tinnahinch side of the River bridge.
