Charter Larry’s barge with an experienced skipper for a day trip for up to six, or a three day cruise for up to four people.
The three day cruise explores woodland trails, historic sites and sleepy villages. Enjoy evenings moored along the riverbank and take in some fishing before dining on board.
Day Cruises: Full day maximum 6 people, €70 per person.
Half Day maximum 6 people, €35 per person
Three Day Cruise: maximum 4 people, €225 per person

Driving Directions from Dublin by car.

Take the N7 out of Dublin. After Naas take the N9 exit, sign for Waterford /Carlow. Take Exit 6 off the motorway.
At roundabout take first exit for Bagnelstown, ignore all signs for Leighlinbridge. A few miles down the road turn left for Bagnelstown / Borris.
In Bagenalstown at a T junction at the top of the road, turn right for Borris. Proceed down that road for approx. 15 mins until you come to another T junction, turn left to go through Borris village.
Proceed for approx. another 15 mins to the village of Glynn. At Glynn at a Y junction, take the right passing the shop and church. Proceed to a T junction and turn left into St. Mullins. Follow the road around to the left keeping the monastery on your left hand side and continue down the steep hill towards the river turning right into the car park. To reach Larry’s barge moorings continue driving along the tow path beside the river as far as St Mullins lock.
