The Boneyard is described as an authentic American BBQ joint, serving the best in local meats, sides, beers, wine and smiles. Bringing the “low and slow” cookery experience to Carlow town, the restaurant offers mid week specials on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and a Sunday special all day.
Owned by local chef and businessman Paddy Mullins, the restaurant strives to support local suppliers and businesses with this new venture.
Wednesday and Thursday 5p.m – 9 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 12 – 3 p.m. and 5 – 10 p.m.
Sunday features a lunch special with opening times of 12 noon – 9 p.m.
Large parties are welcome and packages are available.
