Join us for a night of all star comedy at the wonderful Seven Oaks, serving up the laughs on the night are Kevin McGahern, Martin Angolo, Aoife Dunne and Neil Delamare is closing out the night. Your host for the evening will be local comedian Shannon Basso Gaule.
Carlow Comedy Festival is part of Féile Lonrach – Festival of Joy, Carlow’s brand-new Christmas Festival brought to you by Carlow County Council with support of Carlow Tourism , County Carlow Chamber , Carlow Regional Youth Services and An Garda. All proceeds from tickets from Carlow Comedy Festival goes to Pan Celtic 2026.
Neil Delamere is one of Ireland’s most popular stand-up comedians, known for
his lightning-fast wit, razor-sharp timing and countless appearances across RTÉ, BBC and Channel 4. He’s a long-standing regular on The Blame Game, the BBC’s perennially popular panel show now in its 20th year, and has featured on Live at the Apollo, QI, Countdown, Richard Osman’s House of Games, Celebrity Mastermind, Beat the Chasers and The Chase.

Aoife Dunne, hailing from Galway but now proudly Kilkenny based, blends stand-up, storytelling and chaos with a poetic twist. In
just two short years of comedy, she’s headlined comedy clubs across Ireland and performed at the Paddy Power comedy festival, Electric Picnic, Altogether Now, and the iconic Dead Rabbit in NYC. Her debut show Good Grief sold out across Ireland and at the Edinburgh Fringe, Galway Arts Festival and Galway Comedy Festival — earning her a ★★★★ Chortle review and a reputation as one of the most exciting new voices in Irish comedy.
Martin Angolo is an award winning Irish comedian who is a regular at comedy
clubs and festivals all over Ireland, the UK, Europe and the United States. Martin recently appeared on LOL Last One Laughing Ireland on Amazon Prime and has gotten millions of views on his videos on Instagram.

Kevin McGahern is a regular in top Irish comedy clubs, in particular the
International Bar in Dublin. He regularly performs at a number of festivals including, Kilkenny Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Festival, Forbidden Fruit and Electric Picnic
Kevin was the host of RTÉ’s celebrated show, Republic of Telly for 10 seasons and went on to present documentaries such as Kevin McGahern’s Fast & Furious and Kevin McGahern’s America for the broadcaster He was most recently the host of the Traitiors Uncloaked.
