Carlow Duathlon

Part of the Triathlon Ireland Duathlon National Series

Carlow Triathlon Club will host a flat, fast duathlon course starting and ending in the state of the art sports campus of S.E.T.U. on March 23rd.

The run is off-road and starts and finishes on a stunning athletics track with potential for lots of support to get you across the line,  the bike takes in some of the Carlow countryside, crossing the river Barrow.
