Dan McCabe emerged in May 2020 when a YouTube upload of his favourite songs, arranged in his signature style, went viral, amassing over 50 million views in just three months. Since then, he has become one of Ireland’s most compelling voices, blending the soul of traditional Irish ballads with contemporary folk.
His debut self-penned single, Heaven’s Only a Touch Away, reached Number1 in early 2023, followed by his first studio album, Back to Life (October 2024), which also topped the iTunes charts.
On stage, Dan has completed three sold-out nationwide tours, appeared twice on The Late Late Show, and performed live from Áras an Uachtaráin on New Year’s Eve by invitation of the President. His performances have also graced landmark venues including Dublin’s Aviva Stadium for World Cup qualifiers. With a global publishing deal now in place, he is preparing for his biggest tour yet, covering Ireland, Canada, Australia, and the UK in 2025.
