Pumping Heart Workshop

Delivered by Carlow – Kilkenny Junior Einsteins, this workshop is a hands-on exploration of how the heart keeps us alive and thriving. Children will dive into the fascinating world of anatomy as they learn how the heart works to pump blood through our bodies, delivering oxygen and nutrients to every cell. Through interactive demonstrations and fun activities, they’ll discover the importance of the circulatory system and gain a deeper appreciation for how their own bodies function.

This engaging workshop is designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for science, helping children connect with the marvels of human biology in a fun and memorable way!

While children are busy experimenting, parents can unwind and enjoy Rathwood’s café, boutique shops, or scenic walks. It’s the perfect day out for the whole family!
