Welcome the magic of Samhain with a serene start to your weekend at Samhain Yoga. On Saturday 26th October, from 10am to 11am, join us in the Link Gallery at VISUAL, where the soft morning light will illuminate your path to balance and tranquillity.

This special Samhain Vinyasa Flow will guide you through a gentle yet energizing practice, helping you ground your energy as the season of change unfolds. Just as Samhain marks the turning of the year, this yoga session will help you transition into a space of calm and reflection, aligning mind, body, and breath with the rhythm of the season.

Let the ancient energy of Samhain support you in finding balance, calm, and a deeper connection to yourself. All are welcome to join, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Tickets are €10, and booking is advised as places are limited. Please bring your own mat.
