Join Connie Byrne as she returns for yoga classes on Saturday mornings at VISUAL from 10am to 11am.

This class will take place in the Link Gallery, making use of the beautiful morning light. Vinyasa Flow is a lovely way to flow with your breath. Find space in your mind and body and support your nervous system.

You will feel balanced and calm as we complete our class.

Admission: €12 including booking fee

All welcome and please bring your own mat. Booking is advised.
