Join us for our brilliant Summer Camp; five full days of creativity, fun, drama and art for 8 - 14 year olds in VISUAL and the George Bernard Shaw Theatre. Experience drama and visual art with our professional artists and theatre makers. This is an opportunity to make, mess and meet new people. The week will end with an exhibition and performance of work made during the Summer Camp at VISUAL, so friends and family can join us in celebrating each participant's creativity.

Join Connie Byrne as she returns for yoga classes on Saturday mornings at VISUAL from 10am to 11am.This class will take place in the Link Gallery, making use of the beautiful morning light. Vinyasa Flow is a lovely way to flow with your breath. Find space in your mind and body and support your nervous system.
You will feel balanced and calm as we complete our class.
For mothers and new babies who are not yet walking.
Join a warm and accepting space to land with your baby and connect with your breath and body. This class led by Laura Locab offers gentle, embodied movement designed to support your postpartum recovery while deepening the bond between you and your baby.
Relearn forgotten practices and processes and reconnect with the land, nature and each other.
