Winner of Best Café in Leinster 2017 in the Restaurant Association of Ireland (RAI) Awards and Rural Enterprise Champion 2018 with Carlow Local Enterprise Office. Café de Mode opened its doors in December 2016 to offer customers a relaxing environment in which to enjoy a varied menu from gourmet sandwiches to lite bites, baked potatoes, homemade pancakes, scones, sweet treats and award winning coffee with takeaway options available.
