Reddy’s of Carlow is all about the traditional Irish pub and as the oldest pub in County Carlow they celebrate their heritage with a warm welcome and a home away from home atmosphere in the centre of Carlow.
Renowned for their home cooked food the chefs start early to prepare fresh food including roast joints, homemade soups and delicious desserts. All produce is high quality and sourced locally.
A much loved destination by local customers as well as those from further afield, Reddy’s has been a landmark in the centre of the historical town of Carlow for over 250 years. Steeped in history, Reddy’s was first established as an inn in the 18th century and has since housed a malting house, a potato house, stables and an undertaking business as recently as the 1930’s.
Reddy’s remains a family business and are happy to cater for small and large parties and accommodate your specific requirements. They have various private function areas and can cater for up to 100 guests in a newly decorated function room on the 1st floor or for smaller numbers in a new courtyard terrace. Whether you would like to host a party, a small gathering or just drop in for a drink, morning coffee and pastry or lunch with a friend Reddy’s look forward to welcoming you.
Food is served daily from 9.30am, 7 days a week and there is private parking for guests.
