The luxury 4* Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Country Club was recognised as the Best Hotel Event Venue at the 2012 Event Industry Awards (EIA) ceremony and also won the Readers Choice Spa of the Year award, voted on by readers of Irish Tatler magazine.
The EIA award came as a fitting reward to the enduring standards of excellence on offer at the Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Country Club situated in Tullow,countyCarlow.  The glittering EIA awards ceremony was attended by nearly 500 people and presided over by RTÉ TV personality and popular comedian Dermot Whelan held atDublin’s Burlington Hotel on Thursday, June 21.
The EIA awards attracted nearly 200 entries and Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Country Club eclipsed high-class opposition to scoop the Best Hotel Event Venue gong.
Irish Tatler’s vast readership was invited to vote for a favourite spa destination inIrelandand the response from over 5000 respondents was emphatic.
