This walk begins in picturesque Knockmulgurry on the Blackstairs Mountains. Walk along old trails and paths, passing by traditional stone walls and remnants of old farmsteads before finishing at the iconic Nine Stones Viewing Point on the Blackstairs Mountains.

Begin your adventure at the iconic Nine Stones as you ascend Mount Leinster, heading southward along the mountain ridge. Reach the RTÉ TV mast which transmits television to the region, before continuing your journey onto Knockroe. From there, descend into the scenic Scullogue Gap, a hidden gem nestled between the peaks.
Your trek continues with another ascent, this time onto Blackstairs Mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views stretching across Carlow and Wexford. The walk concludes in the picturesque Knockmulgurry, completing this memorable route.

- Experienced local guides from Blackstairs Ramblers Club
- Bus transport to/from the start/finish of each walk
- Soup, sandwiches, tea and coffee following conclusion of the walk in Rathanna Hall
