On this trip to various sites on VISUAL and Carlow College grounds, you will meet strange characters all with a story to tell. Make sure you are well disguised…. or you may not return.

Hugh Cooney is a comedic storyteller and folklorist who has performed at numerous festivals including Glastonbury and Ireland’s St. Patricks Day Festival. Hugh is an artist who weaves Irish traditional practices into his multimedia performances. With this work we are invited to look at our own traditions and rituals, which Hugh reveals as hidden in plain sight.
