At Joyce’s, accommodation is available for families, small groups, couples, and individuals alike. Joyce’s is Ideally situated whether you’re attending a function in nearby Borris House, or simply exploring the beautiful South Carlow countryside.

A winding avenue through a gated granite entrance leads to the luxurious Grove Cottage where a warm welcome awaits all. Situated on a tranquil dairy farm setting in Tullow, County Carlow, in the sunny South East of Ireland, the cottage is semi-attached to, but independent of the main house. Grove Cottage is a four bedroom self-catering cottage catering for up to ten guests. The cottage boasts all modern conveniences and is decorated to the highest standard with many authentic antique features.

The Stable Yard House and Stable yard Studio Apartment are located in the stable courtyard garden at Burtown House & Gardens and provides accommodation for luxury hideaway holiday rentals in Kildare. The house is fully kitted-out and comes serviced and ready to go. It’s suitable for up to 6 people staying in three bedrooms. There are two large bathrooms with double ended baths, a separate large rain shower, as well as a separate downstairs cloakroom. There is a stylish kitchen with an Aga, old glass-fronted cabintes, thick wooden counters and everything you need to get cooking, you can even order fresh produce from the gardens. With a high-ceilinged dining room (once the mare’s stable) and a super comfy sitting room, the house is spacious and lightfilled. The separate Studio Apartment can sleep two people and can be booked with The Stable Yard House, increasing parties to 8 people or more. All guests of the Stable Yard have 24/7 access to the gardens.

Borris is only an hour from Dublin, yet feels a world away! 14 recently renovated and delightful estate cottages are available as accommodation for the weddings we host. Their original, pretty Victorian cottages are comfortable with an authentic Irish country style of their own. They offer all the modern conveniences important to their guests, while nonetheless being imbued with the authentic ‘cosy cottage’ feel of a bygone era.
