The Barrow river is a most wonderful, intimate and engaging nature corridor with bordering woodlands, scenic waterfalls, old lock-keepers cottages and abundant wildlife. As you paddle your canoe quietly down the flatwater navigation don’t be surprised when a Kingfisher darts out from the bank to greet you. Bring a picnic, take a dip and most of all relax with a friend.
