Hunting Castle Self Catering Cottages, a 17th century Castle estate offers an unique experience while staying at Huntington. They offer three different self catering options in the Esmonde Wing, Gate Cottage or Castle Cottage.
The Esmonde Wing
Within the Esmonde Wing of the Castle we have renovated an enchanting self catering apartment that sleeps up to 5 people. The apartment looks over the 14th Century Abbey and also incorporates the former family chapel. The apartment boasts it’s own kitchen as well as access door, so your privacy is assured.
The Gate Lodge
At the entrance to the Castle gates by the edge of the village is a charming 17th Century Gate Lodge. This delightful property has two twin single rooms, so comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has a wood burning stove and private front garden. The Gate Lodge has been completely refurbished recently and is now available to rent from anything for a few nights to a few weeks on a self catering basis.
The Gate Cottage
At the entrance to the Castle gates and opposite the Gate Lodge is the recently refurbished Gate Cottage. This delightful property has one double room and one twin single, so comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has a private back yard and wood burning stove.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a difference, they can offer some fantastic Bed and Breakfast accommodation packages. Huntington has a small number of historic guest rooms, all with original period features such as four poster beds and oak panelling. Most rooms are en suite and each room has its own character and story to tell. Guests staying in Huntington Castle Bed and Breakfast will have full access to their gardens and estate, and they can also arrange activities or itineraries by prior arrangement.
