We’ll start the weekend with an evening yin & restorative yoga practice to connect with your body. Tune into your inner landscape before enjoying a gentle sound bath to allow your nervous system to fully relax, preparing you for a deep, replenishing sleep.
You will wake up for an energising morning yoga session. After this, take the afternoon to immerse yourself in nature and explore the beautiful countryside and farmlands. Late afternoon yoga is optional before you have the chance to relax in the library. After this period of relaxation, you will be treated to a delicious vegetarian dinner. To celebrate Bealtaine we’ll have a fire ceremony after dinner. This will be followed by a yoga nidra practice before bed.
Sunday morning will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony with reiki and sound healing. Cacao is a beautiful heart opening medicine with incredibly healing properties to help us connect to our true self and our inner guidance. We’ll finish with brunch around 12.30.
Delicious healthy vegetarian food is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, freshly prepared using produce from the walled gardens. The bedrooms at Lisnavagh house are designed with your absolute comfort in mind, so you will enjoy a couple of nights of wonderful, undisturbed sleep. All the programmes are optional, so if you prefer to opt out at any time and curl up on a sofa by the fire, it’s your weekend to spend how best serves you.
